I absolutely love taking clients on a journey with running.

I always remember when I was 6 years old watching my Uncle complete the London Marathon. Me and my family watched from Tower Bridge. It was an incredibly inspiring day. From that day, I always knew running would become apart of me in some way

Fast forward to 2011 and at the age of 21, I completed the London Marathon. Since then, I have completed a number of marathons. My fondest memories have been when I have ran with clients - Mark in Brighton (a lifelong goal to complete a marathon for Mark achieved). Plus, with my Mum, completing the Reigate Half Marathon.

My approach to running is to BUILD STRENGTH TO RUN (rather than running to get fit). Having a smart approach to running is so important for longevity and enjoyment.

YOUR FASTER 5K

A structured training program to improve performance and efficiency. The program is not personalised and we use the generic RPE (Rate of perceived exertion) to guide the intensity levels

Your Faster 5k

WHAT IS IT?

An 8 week program designed to improve your 5k time.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who is looking to make some tangible progress, specifically over 5k. The program begins with a ‘benchmark’ 5k effort - this will provide you with the perfect tool to be consistent in following the program and beat your time.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN THE PROGRAM?

One audio run per week

Four videos (strength follow along home workouts)

Set structure each week

Regular check in accountability via an app.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Runners should have a base level run experience - the guided session will feature run-walk style progressive intervals, based on RPE.

You will also be required to complete two additional sessions per week, 3 in total.

Beginner Run Program

BEGINNER RUN PROGRAM

 I firmly believe that running is something that can become enjoyable because for me the feeling of accomplishment once you have completed a run (whatever level) is second to none. After all, the feeling - the ‘Runners High’ is WHY I run.

WHAT IS IT?

The Beginner Run Program is an 8 week digital program designed to build aerobic fitness to run from an entry level.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone brand new to running

Anyone looking to get back into running and improve efficiency from a base level

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN THE PROGRAM?

Two follow along audio run session per week

Structure to follow

Regular check in accountability via an app.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Complete 3 outdoor walk-run sessions per week (maximum of 30 minutes per session)

Marathon Ru Program

MARATHON RUN PROGRAM

WHAT IS IT?

A 16 week program designed to incrementally build up to a Marathon.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone who is working towards a Marathon. To enquire about this program, scroll to the bottom of the about Ben page here

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN THE PROGRAM?

A personalised training plan (based on your current fitness levels).

The program will be reviewed every couple of weeks and you will receive a new program after Week 4.

A Strength program to compliment the milage on the road

Regular check in accountability via an app.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

The program requires you to complete 3-4 structured training runs per week.

It is also recommended that you complete at least one 20 minute home strength workout per week to support the milage on the road.

Runners should already be competent running up to 10k
